RP3 is an electrical, mechanical, fire, and comms contractor working primarily for Transport for London and Tier-1 partners across the London Underground network.
What we do, and why.
The London Underground is a technical environment unlike almost any other. Stations are old, cramped, and open every day. Standards are strict, access windows are short, and the systems inside a station have to talk to each other — often in ways that were not planned when they were first installed.
RP3 exists to deliver the four disciplines of station M&E as one connected job. We design, install, commission, and maintain electrical, mechanical, fire, and comms systems with the same team, so the decisions made at tender still hold on the day the maintenance engineer opens a cabinet three years later.

Rail M&E work happens near live traction current, in confined spaces, at night, and under time pressure. Safety on our sites is not a poster on a wall — it is the daily discipline of planning access, briefing every crew, and refusing to shortcut the small things. We measure our safety record against LU's expectations, not the industry average.
