Overview
Every station runs on a power spine that has to keep working when trains are moving, and stay safe when they are not. RP3 designs and installs LV distribution, containment, and lighting systems built for the specific demands of the London Underground: continuous operations, night-only access windows, and the standards regime that governs everything from cable specification to test regime.
What we deliver
We work end-to-end — tender through handover to long-term maintenance. That means the same team owns the design decisions, the on-site install, the commissioning schedule, and the operations manual. Nothing is handed off to a stranger halfway through.
Typical scope on a station upgrade includes primary and secondary LV distribution, a full containment redesign to accommodate new comms and fire systems, station-wide lighting refresh (including emergency and escape lighting), and dedicated supplies to critical equipment.
Where this fits in the station
