Overview
Underground stations are challenging environments for mechanical systems: warm, dusty, crowded, and often decades old. RP3 installs and commissions HVAC and water services designed to keep working through the operational demands of the LU network — and to be maintainable within the access windows an operating station actually allows.
What we deliver
We deliver plant-room installations from cold shell through commissioning, including all associated pipework, controls, and interfaces to the fire and comms systems that share the plant room. Where tunnel ventilation interfaces are in scope, we coordinate with LU’s specialist teams to make sure the mechanical side does what the fire strategy needs it to do.
